When I'm not making creative, avant-garde wedding cakes for visionary couples, I love to learn new skills and teach them in equal measure.
In real life I teach cake classes in 1:1 or small, tailored group settings. So I decided to take it all online, providing video tutorials so you can nail contemporary cake decorating techniques without needing to leave the comfort of your own kitchen.
